** The garment is loaded onto a flat surface called a platen.
** A special pre-treatment is applied. This helps the ink stick to the fabric and keeps the colors looking sharp.
** The design is printed with water-based inks that are jetted directly onto the fabric in precise detail.
** The garment is cured in a dryer to set the ink and lock in your design.The design becomes part of the fabric - it doesn’t sit on top unlike iron on method.Production ProcessWe also do not mass-print our products, so there is no waste when ordering, and no excess storage required.

The products are processed as they are ordered on an individual basis, so we can control the quality of our products.
