SWEATSHIRT FAQ

1. WILL IT FIT ME?

Our sweatshirts have a comfortable unisex fit designed to give you room to move, relax, and layer.

For the best fit, check the size chart for chest width and length. An easy trick is to measure a sweatshirt you already own and love, then compare those measurements with ours.

Prefer a roomier, relaxed fit or plan to layer underneath? Consider sizing up one size. When in doubt, a little extra cozy rarely hurts.

2. DO SWEATSHIRTS SHRINK?

Some shrinkage is always possible, especially with garments containing cotton.

Our sweatshirts are made from a 50% pre-shrunk cotton / 50% polyester blend. Heather Sport Dark Navy is made from 40% cotton / 60% polyester. The polyester helps reduce shrinkage and improves shape retention, while the cotton keeps things comfortable.

For the best results, always follow the care instructions on the garment label and avoid excessive heat when washing and drying.

3. WILL THE PRINT LAST, FADE, OR TRANSFER?

Our designs are printed using DTG (Direct-to-Garment) printing, where water-based inks are applied directly into the fabric fibers. This creates a print that feels soft, lightweight, and breathable rather than heavy or plasticky.

To help your sweatshirt and graphic stay looking their best:

  • Turn the sweatshirt inside out before washing

  • Wash with cold or cool water

  • Use a mild detergent

  • Avoid bleach and harsh chemicals

  • Use low heat when tumble drying, or air dry when possible

  • Avoid ironing directly over the printed design

Like any printed garment, some natural fading can happen over time, but proper care can help keep your design looking fresh much longer.

4. WHAT IF I ORDER THE WRONG SIZE?

Because every sweatshirt is made to order especially for you, we're unable to offer standard size exchanges.

That's why we strongly recommend checking the size chart and comparing the measurements with a sweatshirt you already own before ordering.

Ordered the wrong size anyway? Contact us. We'll do our best to help you find the right size and work with you toward a solution. We want you wearing your sweatshirt, not staring sadly at it from across the closet.

5. WHAT IF MY SWEATSHIRT ARRIVES DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE?

If something isn't right with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos showing the issue.

We'll review the problem and work with you to make things right. Quality issues, printing defects, or damaged items shouldn't become your problem to solve alone.

6. CAN I RETURN MY SWEATSHIRT IF I DON'T LIKE IT?

Because our products are made to order, all sales are final and our production partners aren't able to accept returned products.

If you're unhappy with your purchase, contact us within 7 days of delivery. While we can't accept a standard return, we'll listen, look at what happened, and do our best to help you find a solution you're happy with.
